By accessing ravindrasabale.com or booking a consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or schedule appointments.
2. Consulting & Audit Sessions
The Free AI Revenue Audit is provided free of charge as an initial strategic consultation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointment requests that provide fraudulent, non-existent, or incomplete contact details.
3. Custom Engineering & Implementation Scope
Any formal engagement for custom AI voice agents, WhatsApp chatbots, CRM architecture, or snapshot deployment is governed by an explicit Statement of Work (SOW) outlining project milestones, timeline, fees, and deliverables agreed between the client and Ravindra Sabale.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom workflows, scripts, and automations configured for a paying client become the client's operational property upon full payment of project invoices, subject to standard underlying platform software licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we apply verified Certified Admin engineering best practices, conversion rates and business revenues depend on client pricing, market demand, sales closing ability, and ad budget. We do not guarantee specific monetary returns.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
